This Israeli Fighting Style is by all means the best for your child to defend themselves on the street. It's effective, straightforward and relatively easy to learn. It includes:
- anti-bullying techniques
- defense against kidnapping
- stand-up techniques
- ground fighting
- weapon defenses
- and more...
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is a fighting style that emphasizes ground fighting. After mastering Krav Maga, we came to conclusion that BJJ would make a excellent supplemental program. After all, many fight will end on the ground, so it makes sense to bring your A game at that point as well.
Kids enjoy training in traditional Martial Arts uniforms and learning about respect, honor and all the good stuff that comes from traditional Martial Arts. In BJJ they will benefit by developing their:
- positive attitude
- ground fighting skills
FITNESS KICKBOXING & LITTLE TIGERS
Our Martial Arts would not be complete without a fitness program.
One is the Little Tigers for kids 3-5 and another one is Fitness Kickboxing for kids 6 - 12. They both complement Krav Maga and BJJ and help our young students achieve their physical standards while playing and having a lot of fun. Watch out! They may be hungry after the class.
Kids will benefit from these classes in the following areas:
- healthy weight management
- proper body development
- better brain development
- gaining fighting skills
- developing perseverance
